Every piece is crafted from 925 sterling silver and built to last. To keep its original luster and the detail of oxidized engravings, we recommend:
Daily Wear: Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals, cologne, perfumes, soaps, and chlorinated pool water.
Storage: When not in use, store your piece in a dry place, preferably inside its original gift box to minimize oxidation.
Cleaning: Gently polish with a soft silver cleaning cloth when needed. Avoid abrasive materials.
Plated pieces: On gold, rose gold or rhodium plated designs, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth only — polishing cloths and abrasives can wear the plating over time.

Delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch, with free tracked shipping.
Customs: Customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by us (DDP), so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Returns: Pieces without personalization can be returned within 30 days. Personalized and custom-sized pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
