Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
Most of our premium silver jewelry products are meticulously made to order.
Standard Production Time: 3–7 business days
Your order will be handed over to our shipping carriers immediately after production is complete.
Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)
Once shipped from our fulfillment center in Turkey, your package will be delivered via premium international carriers.
Estimated Transit Time: 6–14 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9–21 business days from the moment you place your order

Shipping Rates
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
We ship orders using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service whenever applicable. Customs duties, import taxes, and related import fees are prepaid by Reyhan Silver before delivery.
Customers are not expected to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
If a local carrier or customs authority requests any unexpected payment, please contact us before making a payment so we can assist you.
