All our products are handcrafted to order. Standard production time is 3–7 business days. After shipment, estimated delivery takes 6–14 business days depending on your destination and carrier operations.

Total estimated delivery time is 9–21 business days from the moment you place your order.

Is there a shipping fee?

No. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in Turkey.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes upon delivery?

We ship orders using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service whenever applicable. Customs duties, import taxes, and related import fees are prepaid by Reyhan Silver before delivery.

Customers are not expected to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

If a local carrier or customs authority requests any unexpected payment, please contact us before making a payment so we can assist you.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return the product?

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Personalized items, custom-engraved items, custom-made items, custom-sized rings, and items made with special customer requests cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Can I exchange a size?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please contact us first. If applicable, you can return the original product and place a separate order for the new size.

Yes. Our products are 100% handmade by skilled artisans using traditional methods. Because each piece is handcrafted, small variations may occur, making every item unique.

What is 925 sterling silver?

925 sterling silver contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. It is an internationally recognized standard for high-quality silver jewelry.

Are the natural stones real?

Yes. We use natural stones in our jewelry. Because natural stones vary, color, pattern, and tone may differ slightly from piece to piece.

Does silver tarnish?

Silver can naturally tarnish over time when exposed to air, moisture, or chemicals. You can clean it gently with a soft silver polishing cloth.
