Custom and Personalized Products
Some of our products can be custom-made, personalized, engraved, or produced in custom sizes. Custom, personalized, engraved, custom-sized, and used products are strictly not eligible for returns, cancellations, or refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Approved non-custom returns must be shipped back to our fulfillment center in Türkiye. Please contact us before sending any return packages.
