This handcrafted 925 sterling silver zihgir (thumb ring) features the Ottoman Tuğra — the imperial monogram of the Ottoman sultans — engraved at the center, surrounded by elegant black zircon stones that frame the design with dark, commanding presence. The zihgir is one of the oldest forms of ring in Turkic and Ottoman tradition, originally worn by archers to protect the thumb when drawing a bowstring. Today it is worn as a bold statement of heritage, identity, and strength.

About the Tuğra
The Tuğra was the official imperial monogram of the Ottoman sultans — a calligraphic seal of extraordinary complexity and beauty, used to authenticate imperial decrees, coins, and monuments.
