Bozkurt Ring 925 Silver 16 Turkic States Grey Wolf Handmade

The top face of this ring is circular and carries two registers of imagery. At the center sits the Bozkurt — the Grey Wolf of Turkic founding mythology, a figure associated with guidance, sovereignty, and the origin of the Turkic peoples in the Ergenekon legend. Surrounding the wolf, arranged in a ring, are the flags of the 16 historical Turkic states: from the Gökturk Khaganate and the Uyghur Khaganate through the Seljuk Empire, the Timurid Empire, and the Ottoman Empire, ending with the Republic of Turkey. Each flag is rendered in miniature engraving around the perimeter of the top plate.

The sides of the band carry additional engraved motifs in the tradition of Turkic and Ottoman decorative metalwork — geometric borders and stylized forms that frame the central imagery.
