At Reyhan Silver Jewelry, we want our customers to shop with confidence. Please carefully read our return and refund policy before placing your order.
Return Period
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Personalized items (custom name, text, or logo engraving)
- Custom-made items ordered with special measurements or sizing
- Items with added custom images or graphics
- Custom-sized rings
- Items used, worn, or damaged due to customer use
- Items returned without prior approval
⚠️ We are unable to accept returns on personalized, custom-engraved, custom-sized, or custom-image products as these are made specifically for you.
Return Approval Required
Please contact us before sending any return package. Returns must be approved by our support team before being shipped back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. In such cases, we will investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
We will notify you via email after receiving and inspecting your approved return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@reyhansilver.com or via WhatsApp: +90 544 495 66 29. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before production or shipment begins. Since most of our products are made to order, cancellation may not be possible after production has started.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please contact us first. If applicable, you can return the original product and place a new order.
