The pendant on this necklace is an octagonal medallion in solid 925 sterling silver. The octagon is one of the most persistent geometric forms in Islamic decorative arts — it appears in tilework, stone carving, woodwork, and metalwork across the Seljuk and Ottomanperiods, and carries associations with the eight gates of paradise in Islamic cosmology.

The front face of the medallion is engraved with four Quranic surahs: Al-Ikhlas (112), Al-Falaq (113), An-Nas (114), and Al-Kafirun (109). These four surahs have been recited together as a set of protection and purification across the Islamic tradition — Al-Ikhlas affirms divine unity, Al-Falaq and An-Nas seek refuge from harm, and Al-Kafirun declares the boundary of faith. They appear together on Ottomanamulets, prayer objects, and engraved metalwork intended for daily wear and protection. The center section carries a personalized name engraving. The back face is engraved with the Esmâʼüʼl-Hüsnâ (the 99 Beautiful Names of Allah). Natural citrine stones are set at the top and bottom of the medallion.

The chain is a King Chain in solid 925 sterling silver, available in seven lengths (45–75 cm) and eight thicknesses (2–9 mm).
