Double Headed Eagle Ring 925 Silver Seljuk Ottoman Handmade

The double-headed eagle is one of the most enduring symbols in Anatolian history — adopted by the Seljuk Empire as an emblem of sovereignty, it represents authority over both East and West, the past and the future. On this ring, the eagle is embossed by hand onto a wide silver face, its two heads facing outward in opposite directions, wings spread in full relief. The depth of the carving gives the design a sculptural quality that photographs cannot fully capture.

Flanking the eagle on the sides of the band are three crescent motifs — symbols of Turkic-Islamic identity and continuity — and a finely carved dagger, representing courage and resolve. Each element is part of a coherent visual language drawn from Seljuk iconography. This is a collector’s ring — each piece is carved individually in the workshop, made to the size ordered.
