Green Amber Islamic Ring 925 Silver Prophet Seal Ottoman

The Seal of the Prophet Muhammad — Khātam an-Nabīyyīn — is engraved at the center of this ring, set within a green amber stone. The seal is one of the most recognized symbols in Islamic tradition, used historically on correspondence and official documents of the early Islamic state. Here it is rendered in fine engraving on the stone surface, framed by the octagonal form of the ring.

The octagon itself carries meaning: eight sides, each corner bearing the name of one of the Four Rightly Guided Caliphs — Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, and Ali — repeated twice around the perimeter. On the left side of the band: Allāh. On the right side: Muḥammad. Along the top and bottom edges of the face: Lā ilāha illāllāh — the first part of the Shahadah, the Islamic declaration of faith.

The green amber centerpiece has a warm, translucent quality — the color sits between forest green and olive depending on the light, with the natural depth of amber rather than the flat tone of glass or resin.
