Engraved on the inner band in calligraphy, it sits against the skin — present but not visible, personal rather than decorative.

The face of the ring is set with a natural Arizona turquoise stone. Arizona turquoise is mined in the American Southwest and is known for its dense, saturated color — ranging from deep teal to clear sky blue depending on the mineral content of the specific vein.
