Ottoman Sanjak Signet Ring 925 Silver Tughra Handmade Men

The Ottoman sanjak — the imperial standard — carried a specific set of symbols that together represented the authority and ideology of the sultanate. This ring reproduces those elements on the face of a solid 925 sterling silver signet: the tughra at the center, surrounded by the sun motif that likened the sultan to a celestial body; the crested headpiece referencing the ghazi tradition and the throne; the bayonet rifle introduced with the Nizam-ı Cedit reforms; and the scales of justice, hung from a shesper staff.

Each element has a specific historical referent rather than being purely decorative. The composition follows the traditional arrangement of the sanjak, compressed into the scale of a ring face and engraved by hand into the silver. The ring can also be customized on request — engraving on the sides or additional personalization.
